Poem
We met the end too abruptly
Never would have worked, you and me
Now Im out with a friend or two
Anything to get my mind off you
Inside myself for way too long
Then I realize i know this song
A cute man walks up, invites me to the dance floor
Why not? My heart cant possibly hurt more
I follow blindly, then we begin to swirl
Im lost in the beat my world in a whirl
I loose myself to forget your face
The song takes me to a better place
The music ends, and I come to
I look, up, the man is you
